Permanent Supportive Housing
A house is made of walls and beams; a home is built with love and dreams.

Supportive Housing Services
Moving to permanent housing is a dream come true for homeless families. Dayspring Program Inc.'s Permanent Supportive Housing Program serves 64 families in scattered-site, rent-subsidized housing and supportive services. Case managers assist families to work cooperatively with their landlords, maintain their homes, seek or maintain employment, and provide a nurturing environment for their children. Parents are encouraged to participate in their children’s school or preschool programs and to become engaged community members.
Case managers visit weekly or as needed. Participants are required to participate in support groups and other activities and to develop family plans that include short- and long-term goals they hope to achieve.
Dayspring Program Inc. receives referrals through Coordinated Access of Baltimore City’s Mayor’s Office of Human Services.
