Housing for Vulnerable Families
Dayspring Programs, Inc. provides transitional housing for 18 families in East Baltimore, offering safe, stable 2–3 bedroom apartments for parents with histories of homelessness and substance abuse. Families may stay for up to 24 months while working toward long-term independence.
What sets Dayspring apart is our structured, mandated program of services, including life skills training, job readiness and workforce development, substance abuse education and recovery support, and mental health classes. These required programs equip families with the tools needed to achieve stability and self-sufficiency.
On-site staff—including case managers, counselors, nurses, and children’s program specialists—deliver trauma-informed, family-centered care. We serve families with multiple children, including youth up to age 16, ensuring the entire family can heal and grow together.
At Dayspring, we don’t just provide housing—we provide a pathway to lasting stability.
