Dayspring Program Inc. is located in East Baltimore with transitional housing in the Collington Square community and other housing in surrounding areas such as Belair Edison, Madison East, and Mid-East.

Dayspring Program Inc.’s continuing effectiveness is largely due to the comprehensive nature of its services. The continuum of services that supports families with housing, case management, and other support services is enhanced by numerous community resources.
