Pamela Talabis, Ph.D.
As one of the founders of Dayspring Program Inc., Pamela Talabis has served as the executive director since 1997. She has worked with homeless families in Baltimore since 1988, always with a focus on services for children and ensuring a safe, nurturing family. During her time as executive director, Dayspring Program Inc. has experienced growth and maintained quality services.

Sharon Wasserman is a Certified Public Accountant who began working as Finance Director for Dayspring Programs, Inc., in October 2019. Ms. Wasserman has her master’s degree in business with a concentration in health care administration. Ms. Wasserman’s key experience for over 20 years has been in health care finance, working for local hospitals and long-term care facilities. She has been eager to lend her skills to the non-profit sector and is delighted to be working for Dayspring Programs, Inc.
Odette Belcher, M.A.

Odette came to Dayspring Program Inc. in 1999 as a case manager for the housing program. In 2000 she became Family Service Coordinator for our first Head Start classroom and was hired as Head Start Director in 2006. Odette is an experienced manager and possesses the qualities that have supported the growth of our Head Start program.
Rhonda Turner-Wilkes

Rhonda Turner-Wilkes has been with Dayspring Program Inc. since 2016. Ms. Turner-Wilkes has over 20 years of experience working with children and their families in Baltimore City. She has a master's degree equivalent in special education. Her experience and education provide the skills and the expertise to ensure quality leadership of the Dayspring Program Inc. housing team.
Autumn Fenner

Autumn Fenner is an office administrator with over twenty years of experience. Ms. Fenner has a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in accounting. She has had key roles in project management, finance, staff and client training, and website management throughout her career. Ms. Fenner has been with Dayspring Programs, Inc. since 2018 and has lent her experience to enhancing office processes.
Cheryl Ferger

Cheryl Ferger came to Dayspring Program Inc. in 2005 as a housing administrative aide. Her experience and training with the administrative team and human resources through the years led her to her current position as human resources director.
